The yoga postures presented in this class offer an exploration of the centers of subtle consciousness. We focus on one chakra each week, inviting deep healing of the body, mind, and spirit based on the unique qualities of each center. Together we will create a supportive atmosphere that allows each woman to practice at her own pace.
